Grow system sales with Customers, focusing on high-margin hardware, assemblies, and controls Sell the Customer on the value of our offering: combustion systems, products, and services Overall responsibility for designing and selling thermal hardware solutions, process furnace revamps, and aftermarket sales across various industries Analyze and recommend ways in which Customers can optimize their thermal processes concerning efficiency, temperature uniformity, emissions, and staffing - strive to become the Customers' trusted advisor Provide technical service for equipment and technical training for client employees Possess and continuously learn thermal process application expertise across our broad markets and applications

3 to 5 years of experience in industrial capital equipment sales Work experience in industrial thermal process Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field or mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial engineering Ability to travel up to 70% with potential additional travel
