Position OverviewThe Enterprise Sales Development Representative position is the first interactionprospective Enterprise customers have with Arctic Wolf.The team is comprised of tenacious, positive, and hard-working individuals dedicated tooutstanding achievement and success of themselves, the sales team, and the company.Arctic Wolf Networks is looking for self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, and creativesales team members looking to further build their career in sales. With the role being based in full-time inour Newcastle office, supporting our Swedish location.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesQualifying, capturing a high volume of leads and opportunities generated primarilythrough marketing and outbound activities through phone, Internet, social mediainteraction using a loosely defined script. Builds an introduction based on the industry,using some discretion on how to open, handle common objections and close themeetings.Relay prospective lead information to sales team members to further validateopportunity alignment.Research accounts to prospect using buying intent technology such as TechTarget,Zoom Info and 6Sense.Outbound calling and emailing expectation of 100 dials per day and 200 emails per day.Identify and execute monthly outbound prospecting programs in alignment with salesand marketing.Work hand in hand with account executives, demand generation teams and FieldMarketing teams to build qualified pipeline.Creatively follow up on inbound leads to further pique prospect interest.Uses Outreach tool for prospecting, leveraging email templates and call scripts, and willrecommend events as a way to create engagement on a cold call.
