Responsibilities:

Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines Support relevant regions where and when required Upholding great response times Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow Efficiently handle multiple requests of order processing from various regional managers  Sales orders – entering and managing orders Quotations - creating and sending quotes to customers when required Communicate important feedback from customers internally to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. To aid the company to meet sales targets and report any deviations Stay up-to-date with new products and features Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Keeping an eye on all open sales orders to ensure goods are reserved and dispatched in time 

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills Intermediate excel and IT skills Understanding of various sales/quote KPI’s Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail Good communication skills, both verbal and written Project and time management skills Ability to work under strict deadlines Experience in the aerospace industry will also be seen as an advantage
