We are seeking talented engineers to join our team, in Filton, UK. As a fuel engineer, you are part of the Engineering team of our Sustainability Consulting business unit.The roleAssess new functionality to systems within Fuel Team, new and modified requirements to the system, and cascade them to suppliers;Support phase reviews and Validation and Verification activities.Managing and coordinating the aircraft fuel system input to Design Reviews including Process Assurance.Authoring technical reports, including design drivers, architectures, and test results.Support the development of the Certification standards, including the interface with the Systems Certification Specialist and technical signatories to ensure compliance to certification requirements and methodology.Leading and managing Sustainable Aviation Fuel system trade studies.In AdditionAs part of a consultancy, as required support work outside of Aircraft Fuel perimeter detailed above such as bid work and support to Airbus Protects wider work portfolio in the Sustainability Domain, including Energy sector.Are you the one ?Experience required:You hold an engineering degree or equivalent in systems.Experienced Engineer with 5 years of experience with minimum, including fluids systems within engineering, ideally supporting Aircraft Fuel system design activities.Experience in systems based engineering including requirements management and Validation & Verification all the way through to certification.Knowledge in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and its application within the Aerospace industry, including Regulations & Standard.Experience in Life Cycle Assessment of SAF is desirable.Track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and staff members.Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.Experience of Project Management is desirable.?
