GEAerospace offers several structured two-year graduate development programmes in the UK, tailored for newly qualified engineers and business graduates. These include the Edison Engineering Development Programme, Operations Management Leadership Programme, Commercial Leadership Programme, and Financial Management Programme.

Programmes Available

Edison Engineering Development Programme (EEDP)

Ideal for engineering graduates passionate about technology. Includes 3–4 rotations across engineering domains such as hardware design, controls, validation testing, materials, software and more. You'll apply technical fundamentals to real aerospace projects and receive advanced training.

Operations Management Leadership Programme (OMLP)

Tailored for future leaders in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and EHS. Offers multiple rotations such as operations supervisor, lean leader, process engineering and materials planning, with a strong focus on leadership growth and cross-functional exposure.

Commercial Leadership Programme

Designed for graduates with business or technical backgrounds who want to build strong customer relationships and support aviation client solutions.

Financial Management Programme (FMP)

Focused on graduates keen to develop in finance. Features rotations through commercial finance, supply chain finance, finance IT, and financial planning & analysis, supported by mentorship, coursework and strong community engagement.
