Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment Specialists are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for an experiencedRegional Sales Managerwithin the aviation industry. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record inAviation Salesand fluency inan Eastern European language.


In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the market share within the designated region. You will be mainly office based (near Heathrow) but will expect to travel throughout the region and the UK to visit customers. You will forecast sales trends, proactively identify new business opportunities through outreach and cold calling, and manage key accounts to maximise both revenue and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve or exceed committed revenue targets through effective promotion of the company's products and services.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture new sales opportunities across the full product range.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organisation.
  • Provide both pre- and post-sales support, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on customer activity, sales progress, and territory forecasts.
  • Frequent travel across the region and occasional trips to the company's headquarters in Chicago for meetings and training.


This role demands onlycandidates with a background in Aviation Sales and proficiency in an Eastern European languagewill be considered.
