The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be working directly with our experienced Recruitment manager to maintain a consistent pipeline of skilled Engineering candidates for our prestigious clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is sharp, outgoing, confident and able to learn quickly. You will be given the chance to make a real impact within a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the Engineering & Manufacturing industry.

Managing job adverts and candidate applications.

Conducting telephone, Teams and face to face interviews and assessing candidate suitability.

Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.

Coordinating compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation and certifications.

Gathering DBS compliance data for Mod projects

Supporting the Recruitment Manager with administrative tasks and database management.

Maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people.

An Outgoing, bubbly, and engaging character

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent IT skills with experience in work based media updates

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Previous experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.

Previous experience in a Sales environment advantageous but not essential.

A good understanding of the Engineering and manufacturing sector is a bonus.
