GKN Aerospace is hosting its first ever Recruitment Open Day at our largest UK manufacturing site in Filton. We specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components, and wing systems for both civil and military aircraft. As we rapidly expand, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Time Slots: 10am (Limited slots), 11am (Limited slots), 12pm, 1pm, 2pm

Skilled/Semi-Skilled Aircraft Fitters Skilled Welders/ Fabricators Skilled Machinists Allied Trade Re-skilling Programme (Minimum NVQ Level 2 in transferable skill) PFD Operators Team Leaders – Front Line Leaders 

What To Expect On The Day

To attend the open day, please register your details. You will receive a confirmation email with your time slot. If you do not receive confirmation, please do not attend.

Upon arrival at reception, you will be greeted by a member of our leadership team. Complete a health & safety induction prior to arrival to ensure everyone's safety. Enjoy a guided tour of our facility, exploring three core areas on site. Engage with our employees, from apprentices to senior leadership, many of whom started as apprentices themselves. After the tour, enjoy a refreshing drink and a treat. Take home some goodies as a reminder of your visit.
