We will only review applications that demonstrate proven experience in recruiting technical engineering positions across Formula 1, Motorsport, Automotive, Aviation, Aerospace, Defence & Manufacturing.
We have 1 position within our F1, Motorsport, Automotive & Manufacturing team, and 1 position within our Aviation, Aerospace & Defence team, and the 2 people that join our business will be crucial to the future success of Arden White.
You will have extensive experience of supporting engineering clients, with proven success of recruiting for multiple technical positions that may include Design, Quality, Assembly, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Software, Test, Supply Chain, and Programme Management.
You will be highly skilled in resourcing for candidates, writing eye catching detailed job adverts, networking, talent pooling, new business generation, and lead generation. You will also be a team player, with a keen focus on providing a personal service as part of our family run business.
