Our client are a world leader in Smart power, systems and robotics. They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their expanding team, the role would based out of their Leeds site. The client are recognised as Top UK employer.

Responsibilities – Quality Manager

Drive the sites quality through prevention, root cause analysis  and continuous improvement.
Coordinate across local and global functions to improve and maintain the highest quality standards.
Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system.
Implementing short, medium- and long-term strategy, activities, and planning to develop the quality management system, based on identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration and agreement with the local management team.
Establishing a closed-loop quality cycle from product development to customer experience feedback to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met
Qualification/Experience – Quality Manager 

Engineering qualification is a significant value-add with a strong IOT/electronic technical background.
Knowledge of the ISO9001 standard with a lead auditor certification.
Clear QMS management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong customer focus values with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, including Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt level is a significant plus).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
A collaborative team player who is open-minded and self-motivated.
