Our Offering

Competitive wages - up to $33.33 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);


Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;
Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;

Your Key Responsibilities

Accurately inspect a variety of parts and/or purchased material dimensionally and/or visually, including non-destructive testing methods to prescribed quality standards and procedures.


Be proficient in the use of standard measuring gauge tools including mechanical, pneumatic, optical and electrical devices.
Follow inspection protocols as prescribed in applicable quality procedures.
Be proficient in performance of concurring inspection demands using skill and judgment to take assigned work to completion.
Read and interpret production prints, and other written instructions necessary to perform assigned work.
Perform several different inspection operations requiring skill, judgment and/or interpretation, including final visual.
Be able to make setups or adjustments on various standard gauges or equipment.
Record routine data and count parts as directed.
Training new employees and other inspectors/operators as required.
Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix and required certificate(s).

Your Qualifications

Education: Grade 12 diploma


Experience: Demonstrated competency at Inspector level or mechanical aptitude and /or related quality experience.
Skills: Knowledge of quality systems/policies
