The Company:
A precision engineering business established for over three decades are recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join a long-tenured team. Operating primarily within the aerospace sector, the company have a strong focus on employee retention and satisfaction. People are everything and have been the core driver of their success with multiple employees being tenured for as long as the business has been established, from the shopfloor, all the way to management.
 
What’s on offer:
£18-£20 per hour (highly negotiable dependant on experience) + standard benefits with hours of 6:00-14:00 5 days per week or 14:00-23:30 4 days per week.
 
What will you be doing:

Configure, inspecting and programming using CNC CMM machine. Using manual measurement equipment, micrometres, callipers, shadowgraphs etc.. Select the correct gauge type for the tolerance being checked. Working to complex engineering drawings. Completion of inspection reports and producing FAIR’s when required.


What are we looking for:
Previous experience within a quality inspector/engineer role Experience in CMM Programming
