You’ll be joining a long-established engineering manufacturer with a strong reputation in the aerospace sector. The company produces complex precision components supplied to leading global aerospace customers. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out precise inspections on a variety of aerospace components.

  • Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings to verify tight tolerances.

  • Using a mix of manual tools and advanced CMM equipment to measure parts.

  • Working closely with production and quality teams to solve problems quickly and effectively.

    Equipment You’ll Use:

    You’ll have access to a full suite of industry-leading metrology tools, including:

  • Verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges

  • Faro Arm & Keyence image measurement system

  • Keyence portable CMM (video and probe)

  • Fixed and portable Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)

    What You’ll Bring

  • A very good baseline understanding of engineering drawings – essential for this role.

  • Proven experience in quality or dimensional inspection within a manufacturing/engineering setting.

  • Hands-on experience with a range of inspection tools.

  • A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving approach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a busy manufacturing environment.
