6 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT ROLE/opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality FAIR co-ordinator.
Working a flexible 4 Day working week Monday to Thursday. Hours 07:15 till 17:00.

Seeking a detailed-oriented and organised Quality FAIR Coordinator to manage the creation, review, and submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance efforts across product development and manufacturing to ensure conformance to customer and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Awareness of AS/EN 9102 Standard
• Prepare, review and submit FAIRs for aerospace components in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to gather documentation for FAIRs.
• Ensure proper documentation of part revisions, drawing specifications, and traceability.
• Maintain organised records and logs of all FAIR activity for audit readiness.
• Support the Organisation in resolving issues that arise from FAIR compilation
• Interface directly with operations, suppliers and stakeholders to achieve internal and customer expectations.
• Fully conversant with AS1900 and AS9102 requirements for FAI.
• Utilise continues improvement tools and methodology to increase efficiency and right first time within the FAI process.

Experience of working with FAIRS previously is essential, as is a
strong working knowledge of First Article Inspection Report requirement, and, a
familiarity with aerospace standards including AS/EN 9102 and customer-specific quality clauses.

The role is for a someone with an excellent can-do attitude, who, is able to organise their own workload, and,
has a flexible attitude towards role.
