Quality Control Lead

Your Mission:

Partner with Production teams to catch and crush quality issues before they happen.
Lead all incoming goods inspections, in-line product sampling, and ensure every finished product meets the highest standards.
Use your expertise in chemical analysis to guarantee raw materials and product concentrates are flawless.
Take full ownership of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) - making sure documentation is spot-on, thorough, and delivered on time.
Be the driving force behind managing non-conforming items - owning corrective actions and ensuring nothing compromises quality.
Lead calibration, verification, and monitoring of critical laboratory instruments - precision is your mantra.
Manage your team's schedules, holidays, and sickness with efficiency, and champion their growth through focused PDR reviews.What You Bring to the Table:

Proven leadership skills - you inspire, motivate, and develop your team to be the best.
Hands-on experience working in a QC lab, with a strong technical foundation.
In-depth knowledge of testing packaging, components, raw materials, blends, and in-line product sampling.
Expertise producing Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance that stand up to the highest scrutiny.
