Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured components meet our strict quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with engineering experience who is passionate about quality assurance and working with cutting-edge manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspection of Manufactured Components: Perform thorough inspections of components to ensure they meet specified requirements and tolerances.
Produce Inspection Reports: Use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to generate detailed inspection reports and document findings.
Despatch and Packing: Ensure that parts are despatched in accordance with customer specifications, including packing to the correct standards.
Calibration Records: Maintain and review calibration records to ensure that inspection equipment is functioning accurately.
ISO9001:2015 Compliance: Work in adherence to the ISO9001:2015 quality standard, ensuring all processes meet industry standards.
General Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and organization in the QA area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. Benefits:

Engineering Experience: Prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is essential.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to work to tight tolerances and quality standards.
CMM Experience: Experience with CMM equipment is preferred, but training can be provided where required.
Knowledge of Quality Systems: Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 standards is advantageous.
