The Role
We're looking for an experiencedProject Managerto drive thedelivery of software solutions, ensuring strongfinancial oversight, risk management, and customer satisfaction. You'll act as the key link betweencustomers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, managing budgets, technical teams, and project performance.
Thiscustomer-facing rolerequiresproblem-solving, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder engagement, supporting abrownfield projectwith a year remaining.
Key Responsibilities
Lead thesuccessful deliveryof software projects, ensuring financial and customer objectives are met. Managebudgets, risks, and resource allocationacross technical teams. Act as theprimary customer contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Develop and maintainproject plans, tracking milestones and dependencies. CoordinateSoftware Engineering, DevOps, Testing, and Support teams. Travel1-2 times per monthforonsite customer meetingsacross the Central Belt. Workin-office once per weekfor team collaboration.Key Requirements
ProvenProject Management experiencein software or technology-driven projects. Strongcommercial acumenand experience managingfinancial performance. Ability tolead cross-functional teamsand engage stakeholders effectively. Skilled inrisk management and problem-solving. Experience working with customers toensure project success.Desirable:
