Project Manager

A leading provider of engineering technology is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects at the forefront of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full lifecycle projects, from initiation to closure
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to optimise performance
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates
Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in project management, ideally with experience of complex projects in engineering, IT, infrastructure, defence, aerospace or similar
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in project management tools
Relevant certifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) preferred
