Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the projects team in all areas of project delivery, including project control, procurement, customer service excellence, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities - Project Coordinator

Schedule jobs with customers, ensuring timely notification of appointments via both telephone and email.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing queries and updates as required.
Liaise daily with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Proactively schedule Engineers by considering location, skills matrix, and customer preferences to optimize resource use.
Support project work as needed, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
Book training for Engineers in line with the training matrix and Line Manager guidance by coordinating with external providers and internal contacts.
Ensure all job-related paperwork is accurately completed, distributed to customers, and prepared for invoicing.
Request permits for site work in accordance with each customer's specific permitting process.
Process Engineers' timesheets and prepare overtime claim forms for management approval.
Complete vetting requests for access to specific sites as required.
Participate in client meetings and review sessions where applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements - Project Coordinator

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask and resolve problems effectively.
Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Confident in using IT systems and adaptable to learning new software and technologies.
Desirable Experience

Prior experience in a coordination or scheduling role.
Background in the fire, security, or data infrastructure industries.
Experience using a field service or job management system
