Night Shift Production Operatives - Exeter

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join the team at Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aerospace manufacturing, located in Exeter.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected and expanding company that offers long-term career development and permanent positions for the right candidates.

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm - 6am

Pay Rate: Starting at £16.19 per hour + overtime available after training

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components
Carry out precise assembly and inspection of detailed parts
Coating and dipping parts
Follow manufacturing instructions and quality control procedures
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work as part of a team to meet production targetsCandidate Requirements:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or general industrial environment
Experience using hand tools or operating machinery is advantageous, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
High awareness of health and safety procedures
