This role will see the suitable candidate primarily responsible for the Identification stamping of all parts to ensure quality, regulatory and technical requirements are met. The successful individual should demonstrate a willingness to learn, as they become multi-skilled around the entire site, taking learning opportunities in their stride to continually develop.

The Training:

Training on the operation of a range of Identification equipment and processes
Training on the interpretation of job packs, engineering drawings and measurements
Training around the site to become multi-skilled in various disciplinesThe Role:

Operate the IDENT Printer to print identification tags onto parts for traceability purposes
Tap out Identification for titanium and steel pads and etch onto parts as required
Printing of identification labels for components
Operation of the Vibro machine for part making of Hawk components and various test pieces
Comply with quality and regulatory standards as set out in the relevant specification
Provide support in all areas of the site including movement of components between processes and production chasing.
The role is a 70/30 split between physically demanding work and cycle counting/chasing componentsThe Person:
