Are you a Process Engineer, CI Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar looking to join a specialist manufacturer, where you will be heavily invested in through mentorship from the retiring General Manager and gain external qualifications all whilst working towards progressing your career into management and playing a vital role in developing and overseeing process improvements?

This company employ circa 90 employee's and have been established for over 5decades renowned for their expert knowledge and specialist quality suppling into the aerospace and manufacturing, They are heavily investing in the R&D sector and growing 20% year on year, so now is an exciting time to get on board and be a part of the team and propel your career.

Once trained, you will be responsible for optimising processes to create improvements to efficiency and quality, as well as design of new processes. The role will be highly technical in a specialised industry, involving liaising with a range of departments in the business. The role will be part of a succession plan to move into a management role within 5 years.

The role would suit someone who has a background in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvements or similar within a manufacturing environment. It would be suitable for someone who is looking to develop through additional training and who is looking for good opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

  • Monday to Thursday 8 to 4.30, Friday 8 to 1.30pm
  • Process Improvement, design and optimisation of manufacturing plant
  • Progression and additional training opportunities available

    The Candidate:
  • Experience in improvement and design of manufacturing processes
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments
  • Looking for further development and progression opportunities
