Who are we:

What you’ll be doing:

Identifying global opportunities with a primary focus on the USA, building out a complete 360 desk: pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering to their recruitment needs within the FinTech market.


You will work closely with your manager to identify the best strategy and business plan for growth.


We are looking for someone who can generate new business, build new relationships, understanding what it takes to build a desk from scratch.


Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll set up a clear value proposition to target the companies and markets, agree the most appropriate pitch to win the client, not just the job. Social recruiting through community building is supported and encouraged.



The Requirements:

  • A proven track record in 360 recruitment from winning clients and new business, to delivering candidates to the jobs you’ve pulled.
  • Experience working in the US is a plus.
  • Able to work with freedom and responsibility.
  • Used to generating, following and chasing leads and negotiating deals in order to get them across the line.
  • Juggling several plates will be important as you handle and manage different clients and processes at any one time.
  • Someone who is happy to get involved in our Strativ culture!
