Location: Derby
Job type: Permanent
Hours: Monday, 3pm-1am, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3pm-1:30am
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
 
Are you a Press Brake Operator, looking to take the next step in your career by joining a leading precision component manufacturer, primarily operating in the Aerospace sector? Our client is well-established within the Manufacturing sector and are looking for a confident and passionate Press Brake Operator to set up machines with the required settings and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.

Job Description

Setting up and operating a Press Brake Machine
Read an engineering drawing or job card and set the machine up with the associated tooling (the
Measurement of components for conformity
Complete Press brake operations efficiently in accordance with Job Card instructions to achieve the required output levels
Carry out routine machine maintenance 
Press Brake Operator
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience operating Press Brake machines
Have worked with sheet metal no thicker than 5MM (and to tight tolerances)
Able to read an engineering drawing/job cards
Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards
