Industry Planning have an exciting opportunity for Planning Administrator to join the team. As the Planning Administrator you will report to the Head of Planning and be responsible for supporting the Master Planners and Industry Planners achievement of the Master Production Schedule and supporting operations requirements by enabling material and production flow. You will help to identify and resolve issues that are preventing progress of product manufacture and supporting APRU’s (Autonomous Product and Repair Units) to achieve challenging targets.

Day to day you will:
Build strong customer aligned relationships with all team members and key stakeholders.
Reporting and Data Analysis
Engage in dashboards that provide clear and concise data to support a world class manufacturing model.
Report works order progress through prescribed medium e.g. 13 week plan, Shop Floor Control, Strike Rate & Short Interval Management meetings.
Be a point of focus to assist Master Planner and Industry Planners in a wide variety of tasks within the Thales Industry Operating Model structure.
Apply a disciplined approach to supporting production order progression and completion.
Develop solutions to process material issues in line with company policy and objectives.
Be open to change and adapt to new ways and concepts supporting continuous improvement
About You
You will be an excellent communicator who approaches issues and tasks with a solution focused outlook. You will enjoy collaborating with your team and wider stakeholders to find resolutions and help form initiatives that will achieve production targets. You should be able to work to key deadlines and be flexible in your approach to prioritising work load or task assignment. You are full of positivity and enthusiasm and are looking to learn new ways of working whilst looking for the possibility of achieving a relevant qualification to supplement your development within the role.
