We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operations Leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and who will contribute greatly to our exciting journey of growth and success.
As a key member of our team, you will:
Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing talent, and strengthening succession plans. Provide leadership in implement manufacturing and operational strategies, focusing on quality, delivery, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage and maintain key customer relationships, working closely with Customer Management to drive P&L management and secure future growth opportunities. Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality within the manufacturing operations. Serve as a Customer Interface, establishing executive-level relationships and becoming an expert in the customer and respective market sector. Optimize labour contribution to achieve customer deliveries and overall organizational goals. Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, and assembly build instructions, while driving sustained quality improvements. Leverage and implement best practices for operations across the UK region.
Skills & Experience required:
Previous leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the EMS sector or closely related industries (Electronics, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, etc.). Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and direction to the management team. Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to influence and effectively implement customer strategies. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical related field of study. Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
