We're representing a market-leading food manufacturer in their search for an exceptional Site Operations Manager. This role sits at the heart of site performance - with full responsibility for leading operations, developing talent, and embedding a positive, values-led culture.

The Role

As the most senior operational leader on site, you will:

Own site safety and ensure full compliance with OHSAS 18001:2007
Lead and inspire teams across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions
Shape and deliver site KPIs around safety, cost, quality, and service
Drive plant utilisation, CAPEX delivery, and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally to align site delivery with strategic business goals
Develop talent, embed succession planning, and create a strong leadership pipeline
Act as the senior site representative, contributing to broader business initiatives
Champion ESG directives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace cultureWhat You'll Bring

Importantly, due to the high level of HSE responsibility, an IOSH Managing Safely certificate (or equivalent) is an essential requirement. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered.

In addition, you'll need:

Operational management experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
