Inviting applications for the role ofNPI Admin – Domain Trainee- English – Prestwick (United Kingdom)


In this role, NPI Admin will provide administrative support for the Engineering team in daily management. The NPI Administrator will perform database management and dashboard updates for the NPI Engineering team to assure proper up to date status of NPIs and to assure real time readiness spot check possibility at any time.


Responsibilities

Maintaining regular KPI updates in systems and visual boards or KPI dashboards is required related to the NPI team.

Maintain up to date status of the productivity projects tracking in system.

Maintain up to date status of Smartsheet related to NPI Engineering.

Maintain NPI Engineering databases related to any NPI and productivity projects.

Scrap part management for NPIs such as maintaining database of scrap parts, ordering scraps when required, maintaining scrap part storing of NPIs including identification of stored scraps.

Maintain Lesson Learned Database.

Cross check of NPI deliverables readiness related to any RDRs.

Long term: Create and maintain site level capability list, communicate cost and timing to focal and update catalogue proactively communicate new part capability to Overhaul sites to change material routing, coordinate with Used/Refurbished Material Organization.

Any administrative tasks might arise.


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Aerospace Background with LEAN Six Sigma

Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer or Diploma



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong administrative skills.

Willingness to perform routine tasks.

Efficient communication skills.

Logical thinking.

Detailed oriented mindset.
