NDT Inspector Level 2We are working with a key client who are part of the global $7.2 billion publicly listed Corporation. They are a class leading supplier and highly trusted brand within the aerospace industry, manufacturing precision gear splined and threaded components for key clients including Rolls Royce, Eaton, Collins Aerospace, Safran Power Systems, Meggitt and many more. We are now recruiting very experienced NDT Inspector to join this business.Key Skills required of the NDT Inspector: * Must have over 4 years hands on working experience as an NDT Inspector Level 2 Qualiffied * Must have experience in an engineering/manufacturing role, ideally within aerospace or a related industry * Proven skills within an NDT environment and the ability to provide documented evidence of previous experience. * Relevant NDT certification (EN4179) * Three years’ progressive experience as an NDT technician * Attention to detail, accuracy and process improvement techniques * Competence in the application of specified NDT techniques applicable to magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection. * The role requires the candidate to be self-certified and a quality stamp holder after the qualifying period. * Thorough knowledge and ability to read engineering drawings.Responsibilities * Conducting NDT testing and inspection utilising both Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant methods, interpreting results, and generating...
