  • Must have experience of automation, PLC / SCADA & Industrial Ethernet in modern control networks
  • Leadership role ; manage a team of 10 automation field sales engineers / experts in Smart Industrial Connectivity
  • Package TBC but 10% pension. Car allowance is £10,956. Exec/leadership package
  • Part of the senior management team – job would suit a Head of Sales / National Sales manager from the automation sector who has experience of electrical automation / control panels, Industry 4.0 / Smart Industrial Connectivity (PLC / SCADA) or similar
    Incredibly exciting Head of Sales / Automation National Field Sales Manager jobs role (manage a team of 10) with a market leading supplier of electrical automation and connectivity components / systems (world renowned). Dealing with manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automation, rail, process industries, automotive, aerospace and technical sectors (often selling via distribution partners)
    You will manage a team of field sales engineers / business development managers. As Automation National Sales Manager your main focus is on team leadership but you will also manage some key strategic accounts. This is a leadership role. We are open to candidates from the automation sector who are wanting that step up to a senior leadership role but ideally you will have experience of coaching and mentoring field sales teams.
