Are you a Materials Technician looking for direct progression to team leadership in a varied and hands on role for tight knit company known for their progression opportunities?

Do you want to take a step up in your career, being responsible for junior and senior members of a close knit team of technical expert?

On offer is the opportunity to create a prosperous career within a growing company. They work testing exotic materials for the Defence and Aerospace industries, conducting destructive and non-destructive testing.

Your role will involve the creation and testing of specimens, report writing and data analysis. This role is not your typical material testing position - you'll be working across a wide variety of interesting and unique materials and use a multitude of different techniques.

This role would suit a Materials Testing Technician looking for a leadership position, managing a small team and conducting a wide variety of tests across different exotic materials.

Direct progression to Team Leader
Responsible for training junior members of the team and graduates
Creation and testing of material specimens
Writing of reports to feedback results to clients
Data analysis
