As a Marketing Manager, connecting people, products, and markets is your forte. Predominantly based in Wellingborough, in this Marketing Manager role you will drive activity forward for the UK and Europe, as well as collaborating with the wider global group. Our industrial components are integral to the telecoms, automotive and aerospace industries!
 
BASIC SALARY: Up to £45,000

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role - you must be commutable to our office in Wellingborough 3 or 4 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing Communications Manager - electrical or electronic products, components, PCB, engineering
 
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Global Group Marketing function (based in America and Canada), you will help craft and develop group level initiatives, supporting both distribution sales effort and direct OEM business, which will facilitate the next push for growth.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing Communications Manager - electrical or electronic products, components, PCB, engineering
 
· Supporting sales growth: identifying and developing plans to access new business.
· Product management: in liaison with the Managing Director and the Global Marketing Team, you will oversee the portfolios full life cycle, including NPD and product optimisation to include pricing.
· Collaboration with the Group Marketing Function: ensuring marketing statistics are shared as well as assisting the European sales force with new marketing collateral and leads for new and existing business channels.
· Planning and attending exhibitions: producing all material, stands and collateral for UK and European exhibitions. (The cost of these exhibitions ranges from £5,000 - £100,000)
· Creating content: both digital and traditional print for advertising campaigns.

You'll have operated with a commercial mindset and be able to integrate, confidently, with other functions across our business. You'll be able to demonstrate how you have previously developed product life cycles and previous marketing strategies and how the success of these campaigns impacted product awareness.
 
You will:
· Have previously worked within a manufacturing business, marketing industrial products.
· Have experience working with distribution partners.
· Have a proven track record of working solo, and being the central Marketing expert.
· Ideally, have experience working as part of a global team.
