About the role:
This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Corporate Events executive to join a busy and collaborative team in a fast paced and exciting role.
As our UK&I Marcomms Events Marketing Manager a primary purpose of this role is to oversee and deliver upon a programme of events ensuring a high standard is consistently applied throughout. You’ll be collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders to project manage these events and will be responsible for oversight of any risks to ensure successful delivery. You will also be responsible for shaping an overarching events strategy supporting the UK&I Assurance Marketing team to ensure we are integrated in our approach with clear and defined KPI’s and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Overall project management of the annual UK&I Assurance Kick-Off event and exhibition
Overall project management of the annual UK&I Summer Party
Working with an established agency on the creative design, production and logistics of these events.
To take a fresh “Birds Eye” view of our current event calendar to tactically develop a new strategy and maximise our ROI.
Liaise with the senior leadership team, both UK&I and Globally, to identify the content, messaging and scripts for these events.
Managing the budget and ensuring all costs are procured appropriately.
Collaborating with the UK&I Marketing department to support external events such as trade shows and exhibitions and help to shape an events strategy
Overall management of the UK&I Town Halls – internal events delivered monthly to all UK&I Assurance employees for key updates and announcements.
Project management of the Client Presentation Events
Creating and implementing measurable marketing communications campaigns to deliver increased awareness of our products and services.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Proven experience of managing multiple, large-scale Events and projects is essential.
Experience of marketing platforms and CRMs – (e.g. EPiServer and Pardot)
Proven experience of crafting engaging, targeted and compelling copy and content.
Stakeholder management skills and confident reporting to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
An ability to work to tight deadlines.
Confident communicator, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience of managing and liaising with external agencies
Event ROI and post event engagement
