Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of electrical assemblies, be comfortable following technical instructions, and possess or be willing to obtain IPC certification. Experience testing RF equipment, high-power amplifiers, and associated equipment is always a massive plus.

Key Accountabilities

Assemble and build RF distribution products according to technical specifications and instructions.
Perform quality checks and testing on RF equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure that manufacturing processes are of high quality to produce top-notch products.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and test results.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Technician role at ETL Systems (Space Path Communications) is someone who:
Has a basic knowledge of electrical assemblies and is comfortable following technical instructions (essential)
Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality
Has experience or a keen interest in testing RF equipment
Is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with a team
Desirables

Proven experience in Electronics Electrical Assembly environments
IPC qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: This role requires you to work on-site at our modern manufacturing facility in Hook, 3 minutes off junction 5 of the M3. Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Unit 4, Bartley Point, Osborn Way, Hook RG27 9GX
