What will I be doing?
To lead and manage a process area to ensure that customer demands and requirements are always met by realising the agreed manufacturing plan through the management of all resources and performance levels.

• Actively participate in production meetings with your peers
• Participate in cross-functional projects
• Provide training / advice / guidance to the manufacturing team as required
• Work with SAFRAN in your field of expertise through various forums
• Support the transfer of work between SAFRAN sites / SAFRAN suppliers
• Represent SAFRAN in the face of customers / trade bodies

Job Requirements

What you need from me?
- Team Player, ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Good analytical skills / planning experience
- First class persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills to ensure we maximise the true potential of our teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and IT skills
- Planning and organisational skills.
