up to $31.98 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);

Your Key Responsibilities
Pre-assembly, pairing of rings, rolling elements and cages
Review and print off Assembly routers through SAP, required drawings and Assembly lists
Measure / document raceway sizes, create inventory labels using applicable software
Perform raceway width and split inner ring verifications using required measuring equipment
Issue raceway sizes for mating components in production to ensure proper bearing clearances are met.
Set up and operate all part/component washing equipment as required.
Perform advanced problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
Required to perform inspection on own work usingprecision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems.
Required to train other operators as needed.
Ability to read and interpret production prints.
Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work.
Your Qualifications
Education: Grade 12 diploma
Experience: Demonstrated competency at Assembler level
Skills:Knowledge of production and quality systems
