Role

The business is looking to appoint a Managing Director, who will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the business and for driving growth and operational efficiency. The Managing Director will further ensure the highest standards of product quality in line with industry standards and customer expectations.

Person

We are looking for a strong leader with a track record in senior leadership roles, experience of managing a business successfully through growth, operationally-biased paired with business acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, who can create a culture of excellence and innovation and manage cross-functional teams.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

• Strong technical expertise und understanding of different technologies
• Track record in managing P&L
• An operations-bias underpinned by highly commercial acumen
• Exceptional leadership skills, with excellent verbal/ written communication skills and the ability to influence and delegate
