Your Key Responsibilities


The Planner– Maintenance Planning utilize ERP (CMMS) planning functions to ensure the reliability and optimize machine and building life cycle. They are responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing the maintenance plans (preventative maintenance, projects, master data ownership) to improve the planning rate of the maintenance department. 

Creation and oversight of maintenance plans in CMMS


Responsible for equipment master data including BOMs
Coordinate parts management for maintenance work orders
Generate and report local, regional and/or global Maintenance KPIs, for example: planning rate, maintenance costs, days on hand for spare parts, maintenance efficiency, sustainability, etc
Implementation of new maintenance strategies and processes
Coordination of in-house and external services for maintenance including contracts and service order preparation
Coordination of project related work orders including production relocation, new machine installation and major overhauls
Responsible for the technical completion of maintenance orders including validation of service entries
Alignment of goals and tasks with manager to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix
Promote and support company policies, guidelines and mission statements
Adherence to export control regulations and policies
Comply with safe work practices: report unsafe working conditions, review any safety issues in operations, report all first aid incidents
Adherence to Environmental Management System guidelines, legal compliance, minimizing environmental impact, pursuing preventative measures
Comply with work standards, identify opportunities for quality improvements, and report quality incidents
Ensure a Lean concept within the company by utilizing continuous improvement efforts
Support maintenance management with cost reduction methods and escalation of discrepancies 

Your Qualifications

Associate degree or certification in technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency


3+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment
Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP required
Preferred experience in maintenance related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking skills
Goal and results oriented
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949:2016
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Expertise in data management and reporting in Excel
Proficiency in English
