Are you from a Maintenance Management / Supervisory background within Manufacturing / Production and looking to join an industry leading bespoke Electronics company, who will invest in your continued technical development with specialist training, the ability to positively impact the company by implementing new processes and manage with a level of autonomy?

This company manufacture high-end Electronic products for a variety of different industries including, Aerospace and Defence. Due to their continued success, they are expanding the team and looking to take on a new manager, who they will invest in through fantastic training.

This is a Monday to Friday site based role. You will manage a team overseeing the company's Production Maintenance and implement new processes to help drive the company forward. The company will offer training, so candidates with a strong background in Maintenance Management / Leadership are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
