•  Perform routine maintenance and promptly report any machine issues.
•  Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Requirements:
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings and nights are mandatory).
• Previous experience as a machine operator or similar role (experience in aerospace manufacturing is desirable).
•  Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
•  Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•  Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
