Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components.

Our experienced teams partner with our broad, global customer base, providing both technical expertise and broader support in both the fixed wing and rotary wing markets.

What will I be doing?
The purpose of the role is support the Physical & Electronic flow of spares, components and engines to both the maintenance centre and manufacturing work centres.

  1. Manage Daily & Weekly work plan on ERP System(Enterprise resource planning and specific to logistics & warehouse)

  2. Adherence to Stock Management Systems through accurate administration on ERP System

  3. Assist with daily physical picking & kitting requirements, including material movement on ERP System

  4. Adhere to the management of SLED (shelf life expire date) controlled materials through ERP system

  5. Adhere to Cycle Count Targets, with physical counting and processing on ERP system

  6. Support team with 5S project

  7. Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers

  8. Full adherence to Quality & HSE policies and procedures.

  9. Unloading daily deliveries,

  10. Processing goods receipted in line with the goods receipt procedure on ERP system

  11. Storage of parts in designated locations using lifting equipment as applicable

  12. Processing movements of goods using ERP system

  13. Cutting of raw material bars into smaller bars and billets and electronically issuing material on ERP system (when required)

  14. Physical & electronically kitting and issuing of raw material to machine shop, in accordance with procedure

  15. Put away and issuing of parts - maintaining correct stock levels in the correct locations, physically and electronically

  16. Packing and Unpacking of engines and modules (when required)

  17. Continuous Improvement & 5S

    What do you need from me?
  • English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
  • Responsive, methodical and organised, especially for document management
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to communication
  • Solutions focused, curious thinking, problem solving
  • Compliance with the company's standards, methods and logistics tools
  • IT understanding in ERP systems and MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience of working in busy environment
  • Experience of working with SAP
  • Experience of working within a Warehouse / Stores and Logistics environment
