This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be part of a project that will power over six million homes with clean energy, transform the UK energy landscape, and create thousands of high-value engineering and logistics careers.
We're now seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Capacity Lead to support this landmark project by overseeing off-site logistics capacity - ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time for a safe, successful build.

The Role
As the Logistics Operations Capacity Lead, you'll:

  • Own and manage the integration of warehouse capacity data from third-party logistics (3PL) providers into the overall logistics plan.
  • Consolidate warehouse capacity and inventory updates to identify risks, constraints, and actionable mitigations.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Construction Logistics, and Site Operations to forecast and align logistics needs with the project's 12-month rolling plan.
  • Assess and review 3PL performance using operational data to support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and escalate capacity issues, track mitigation progress, and support the Senior Logistics Planning Manager with high-quality data and insights.
  • Contribute to performance governance forums, support weekly pulse meetings, and feed into broader Logistics KPIs.
  • Help ensure logistics planning aligns with the project's safety-first, zero-carbon, on-time delivery objectives.

    Who we're looking for
    We're seeking a highly capable and detail-driven logistics professional with:
  • 5+ years' experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Planning - preferably within nuclear, infrastructure, engineering, aerospace, or other regulated sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage data from 3PL systems and warehouse operations, with a focus on capacity and inventory planning.
  • Experience interpreting logistics KPIs, analysing constraints, and proposing tactical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to liaise confidently across internal stakeholders, 3PLs, construction, and operations.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Primavera P6 (desirable)
  • Logistics or supply chain planning software
