Position: Logistics & Operations Administrator
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire
Job Type: Permanent / Onsite

My client, a global specialist manufacturing business, are on the hunt for a Logistics & Operations Administrator to join their fast paced, ever-growing business!

Role and Responsibilities –
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role requires an organised and methodological approach to coordinate all the outbound and some inbound logistics movements across the site. You will be working with Sales, Production and Purchasing to plan these movements whilst covering other administrative duties across the team.

Other responsibilities include:

Being the first point of contact on site for collection and delivery drivers, and ensuring they comply the necessary Health and Safety requirements
Carrying out the booking in and receipt of all inbound materials and maintaining accurate records.
Arranging a proportion of other despatches via courier or alternative transport methods
General office administration duties including filing and record keeping.
Experience or Qualifications –

Proven administration experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experince in liaising within the logistics and materials teams
MS Office Experince (proficiently MS Excel)
SAGE 200 experience (desirable)
