Key Responsibilities:

✅ Performstress analysisondynamic aerospace structuresusingANSYS, Patran, and Nastran
✅ Analyzecomposite and metallic materials, ensuring compliance withaerospace safety standards
✅ LeadFEA and TAM (Tooling, Assembly & Manufacturing) activitiesto optimize performance
✅ Conductdynamic and static structural analysisto validate high-performance components
✅ Collaborate withmulti-disciplinary teamsto enhance design and manufacturing processes
✅ Providetechnical leadership and mentoringto junior engineers.


Qualifications

Key Skills & Experience:

5+ yearsinaerospace stress engineeringwith a focus ondynamic structures
Expert-level proficiency in ANSYSforFEA and structural analysis
Strong experience withPatran, Nastran, and composite/metallic structures
Ability to performdynamic simulations and vibration analysis
SC Clearance required– must already hold active clearance
Must be able to workon-site in Barnstaple on a hybrid basis.
