Device, Application & Data Management: Manage Endpoint Manager, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Jamf.
Collaboration & Unified Communications: Oversee Teams, PSTN in Teams, and Exchange.
Office Engineering: Handle telemetry, add-on management, and governance.
Process Automation: Utilize Power Automate for process automation.
Identity & Access Management: Manage Entra ID.
Cloud Services: Work with SaaS, PaaS, and IoT.
Networking: Manage WAN, LAN, and WiFi.
Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with Technology Architects to design new solutions and ensure development aligns with design requirements and technical policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong background in designing, building, managing, and troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
Proficiency in MS Product Suite (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business).
Experience with device, application, and data management tools (Intune, Windows 10 Management).
Knowledge of MS security tooling and Entra ID.
Familiarity with networking technologies (WAN, LAN, WiFi).
Skills in process automation and scripting (PowerShell, PowerApps, GraphAPI, Python).
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Customer-focused with good stakeholder management skills.
Ability to self-start and manage personal workload.
Working knowledge of Agile Development Methodology.
