Your Responsibilities : - Proactively identifies stakeholders and manages relationships, supporting the priorities of the delivery team - Working with stakeholders to elicit, capture and elaborate their requirements, documenting requirements to a level that enables effective delivery of required changes without prescribing solutions - Building strong relationships with the user community and understanding the drivers behind their expressed requirements - Acting as a proxy product owner where necessary to plan and prioritise work, and extending the role of the product owner in complex system-of-systems environments - Acts as a liaison between the solution delivery team and their customers in the development and implementation of new solutions, and enhancement of existing solutions to meet business needs Your Experience : You will be familiar with working within agile software delivery teams, writing tickets for the delivery team to meet delivery objectives.
