We are hiring an Lead AIT Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team focused on cleanroom assembly, integration, and testing of rocket engine systems. You will responsible of cleanroom AIT process, from developing procedures and tooling to executing tests aligned with technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of cleanroom AIT activities for engine systems

Develop assembly and test plans, tooling, documentation, and test procedures

Manage cleanroom area, safety, and staff training

Support technical reviews and milestones (PDR, CDR, TRR)

Requirements:

Strong experience in cleanroom assembly and test

Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Familiarity with space propulsion systems

Organised, proactive, and confident engaging with technical teams

Project management experience preferred

Space sector experience is a plus
