Key Responsibilities

Collaborate

  • Work closely with our engineering team, data scientists, and ML engineers to adapt our software architecture as we bring new AI-powered features to our products.

  • Team up with our skilled software engineers to smoothly integrate AI-powered features into our systems, making sure they are scalable and efficient.

  • Work closely with teams across the company to understand their needs and turn them into innovative AI solutions.

Develop & Deploy

  • Launch LLM-based applications, testing and improving how well they work over time.

  • Take charge of designing, building, and maintaining strong and scalable AI-based systems for retrieving, processing and presenting information to internal and external users.

Evaluate & Improve

  • Assess the performance of AI models and systems through thorough testing and experiments.

  • Keep up with the latest developments in (agentic) AI and machine learning research, and suggest improvements to BeZero's AI products.

Ensure Quality

  • Put in place robust testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices so we can confidently develop our AI systems.

About You

Experience

  • You have experience bringing generative AI products to life in production systems.

  • Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and integrating LLMs with existing software.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language like Python, and experience with its frameworks.

  • A deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques for large language models (LLMs) and vector databases

  • A solid understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for deploying AI models.

Mindset

  • Enthusiasm for keeping up with new AI technologies and exploring how they can improve our products.
