MERITUS are recruiting for Laminator Fitters to join our client on a mixture of permanent, temporary and outside IR35 contracts based in Blackburn.PLEASE NOTE:We are open to ALL industries for Lamination talent as long as you have worked in a large manufacturing environment.

LAMINATOR FITTERS - £NEG DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE - GREATER BLACKBURN - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experiencedLaminator Fitterto join our client's aerospace manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble composite materials (laminates) for aerospace components.
  • Fit and install composite parts to meet design specifications.
  • Ensure all laminating and fitting work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
  • Work closely with engineers and other team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety guidelines.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in laminating and fitting in an aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of composite materials and their application.
