Lioness Recruitment are specialists in helping you find a role that will make you happy too. A highly respected public sector organisation is looking for an experienced IT Trainer to provide delivery and documentation of business systems training for the organisation. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week required in a Chatham-based office or visiting satellite offices in Kent.

Your responsibilities will be to provide effective and engaging training through a variety of mediums, including face-to-face classroom training, floor walking, e-learning, and written materials, across a portfolio of public sector and commercial platforms. You will be required to build a suite of suitable training material, including lesson plans, learning outcomes, user guides, presentations and training exercises.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable IT training experience

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proven experience in building training materials

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of training principles and methodology

  • Experience delivering training to varied group sizes

  • Experience in creating reports to analyse training statistics

  • Any relevant training certifications would be highly advantageous (such as TAP Diploma, CTT+, TTT etc)

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
